  There are concerns with considerable dead foliage, decaying wood, and debris. On a very dry and hot season day these elements might contribute to fires. Although there is much moisture and small marshes, bodies of water, streams, the warning may merit attention, some clearing.
  Many responsible dog owners visit here, whom care well for their canines. Their examples make it easier to forgive the individuals who are declining to clean up after their dogs despite signage of mandatory directives.
