  The manager at this store is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met. He constantly has a attitude if you desire to exchange or return an unused item,he makes up "Rules" that do not apply to their return policy. I shop online for sizing purposes and in some cases it requires to return because they do not carry my size in store (Which I would much rather exchange an item for the proper fit). The ONLY reason I would set foot in that store is to handle those rare occasions. The associates that work there are usually very nice but the manager (A Bald black man) is disgusting. I have called corporate to report him because of how this man is. Don't even bother setting foot in that place unless you want your day ruined,It's a real shame as I love Payless and shop so often online that the customer service in store is dampened by no less the Manager
