    When i walked into the sprint store in the south shore mall i didn't have a great confidence in thinking that i could get approved for a phone. Octavia the retail consultant told me every positive way that i would get approved. Working in sales as well Octavia displayed outstanding customer service, knowledge, and courteous. The whole sales team also worked as a team, which i thought was cool especially Christopher the other retail consultant and assistant manager "steven." I will continue to always go there for all my purchases and i strongly urge everyone else to do the same.
